WBIM is Bridgewater State University's radio station. Our goal is to expose the university and surrounding community to a wide variety of musical genres while providing skills and experience to our all-student DJ staff. The staff at WBIM work together to create a series of regularly-scheduled programs each week, wherein each DJ is encouraged to explore new styles and add their own personality to their shows. Additionally, WBIM members have the opportunity to provide sound technician services for various BSU departments and student organizations at on-campus events.

Any BSU student interested in joining the WBIM staff should contact our Program Director at wbim@bridgew.edu.

We strive to create a safe and affirming space where students can connect, express themselves freely, and engage in meaningful dialogue about identity, history, and the future. While our focus is on supporting Black and minority students, we welcome individuals of all backgrounds who seek to learn, grow, and stand in solidarity. Our commitment to inclusivity means creating opportunities for everyone regardless of race, ethnicity, or cultural heritage to engage with the richness of the African American experience, build meaningful connections, and contribute to a campus culture of education, unity, and respect.

In addition to this, we work outside of the Asian community to bring other cultures and traditions to the school, with the hopes of teaching new people about Asian culture and learning about the world from others ourselves.

We are happy to accept any and all members, whether you know a lot about different Asian countries! Everyone has something special to contribute to our club. We work with numerous other clubs under the LGCIE umbrella, so expect some joint events!
