Welcome!
The Pre‑Law Society at Bridgewater State University is a growing student organization founded just over a year ago to support undergraduates interested in the legal field. We are a diverse group of students united by a shared curiosity about how law shapes our communities, institutions, and everyday lives.
Our mission is to inform, educate, and empower students as they explore the many aspects of law, and as a student‑led organization within the Bridgewater community, we are committed to providing relevant events, activities, and resources that benefit both our members and the broader campus. Through admissions panels with visiting law schools, LSAT workshops, discussion forums on topics such as Title IX, constitutional law, and international law, guest lectures with legal professionals, and community‑focused events, we create opportunities for students to engage in thoughtful dialogue and gain exposure to the legal profession.
Membership in the Pre‑Law Society offers a supportive environment where students can clarify academic and career goals, develop critical thinking and advocacy skills, and prepare for future pathways in law and related fields. We invite students to explore our website, learn about upcoming events, and get involved as we continue building a vibrant space for legal exploration and professional growth.
