Thank you for anouther great semester of meetings, programs and events. I am reaching out today to share information about the Spring Involvement Fair, Spring Semester Check-ins, and a reminder to submit any meeting and event reservation requests for the Spring Semester.
The Spring Involvement Fair will take place on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 from 11:00 am-3:00 pm in the RSU Grand Ballroom. The Involvement Fair is a great opportunity for organization to meet each other, recruit membership and share about your organization and upcoming events.
Organizations can register for the fair at this link.
For the Spring 2024 Semester, Organization presidents should schedule a 30-minute one-to-one check in with the Assistant Director of Student Organizations and Campus Traditions, Andrew Raposo. This check-in is an opportunity to ask any questions about your organization, talk through ideas and to provide feedback. Check-ins can happen based on your schedule and availability and can happen anytime between January and the end of March.

If you organization has not, start placing reservations for meetings and events for the spring semester. The Spring semester is a busy one, and space fills very quickly. plan ahead and get those room reservation requests in to make sure your meetings and events can happen.
