IMPORTANT CHANGES AND UPDATES

The Student Theatre Association has been hard at work making some very needed updates, changes, and improvements about the upcoming weeks. Be sure to keep an eye on our EngageBSU page and our Instagram page for the latest updates!

EVENT DATE CHANGES

Due to some changes with STA's calendar, we are swapping the dates for the Karaoke Event and the Improv Night. Improv Night will now take place on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 20th and Karaoke Night will be held on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4th!

STA's Improv Night is sure to be a night of laughter, games, and hilarious improv games. With games such as Dr. Knowitall, Party Guests, New Choice, and more, anything can happen! All members are welcome, everyone will be able to participate in the games if they choose, and we encourage an audience of laughter and support. We hope to see you all there this Friday!

EXECUTIVE BOARD NOMINATIONS

We are extending the process for our upcoming executive board elections! Below is the link to our nomination form. If you're interested in running for a position or you would like to nominate another member of STA for a position, we encourage you to fill out a nomination. The nomination form will be open from now until noon on Tuesday, September 24th. You can also make multiple nominations if you see fit. More information regarding positions, our executive board, and more will be given out to the nominees, and the election will open on October 4th.

IMPORTANT FORMS

Finally, the executive board would like to let you all know of these two brief, but important forms linked below that we ask you fill out. The first is about BSU's Anti-Hazing policy. This form is very important because per the Center for Student Engagement, all members of student organizations must fill out the form and abide by its policies. The second form is an STA member information form. The executive board ask that you fill it out as it has some important questions that will help us keep everyone safe and enjoying STA. These are both very short forms that we ask you to take ASAP!

Wow, those were a lot of updates! Thank you for reading and please contact an eboard member if you have any questions or concerns!

Please feel free to check out our EngageBSU page or our Instagram (@bsu.sta) to learn more and keep catching any updates and reach out if you have any questions!

Best,
STA Executive Board
