Semester in the City Info Session
Registration
Details
At SITC, you’ll be immersed in a 15-week program that centers on a 30 hour/week mentored internship. You’ll also take two practice-based classes that will teach you how to become a changemaker and translate your interests into skills employers want, while living and learning alongside like-minded peers. After hours, you’ll get to explore the city with an unlimited T pass, and come home to a fully-furnished apartment in the bustling neighborhood (and foodie paradise!) of Allston.
Semester in the City is offered in the fall and spring semesters with an upcoming application deadline of April 15th for the fall 2025 program.
Attend this virtual info session specifically for BSU students to learn about the program. SITC rep, Surovi Yasmin, will give an overview of the program and Katie Vagen from BSU's Career Services & Internships Office will be present to answer questions about credit, cost, and the approval process through BSU.
This program is for juniors and seniors who are eligible to receive a full semester of credits for participating in the program. This depends on your major and degree progress. All class years welcome to attend the info session to learn more and plan ahead!
Can't make the info session? You can schedule a 1:1 meeting with Katie Vagen from the Career Services & Internships Office to learn more about the program (be sure to select Semester in the City as the appt. type).
