Did you know a meditation practice can reduce stress, inflammation in the body, improve self-confidence, and other areas of your emotional and physical wellness?

Join the SVAS Center and Dr. Meghan Murphy for a weekly guided group meditation where all are welcome, and no meditation experience is required. Trauma-informed practices observed.

Every Monday, 1:30-2pm at Burnell Hall room 132A.
