Details
These hour-long classes will consist of a moderate warm up workout with an emphasis on stretching and calisthenics, followed by fundamental technique drills before finishing off with kata. Karate is known to improve strength, balance, flexibility and agility. Expect to sweat and to learn!
Participants should wear athletic attire and bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Shoes are not traditionally worn during karate practice and will be optional.
