Your student has made a great choice to advance his/her education at BSU. Although your student has prior college experience, we understand that transition to a new school can still be overwhelming. Don't worry! Transfers Services wants to help your student adapt to this new environment as quickly as possible.

Transfer Guide for Transfer Students
Need a summary of all the required steps your student should take to apply? Have your student review the BSU's Transfer Guide to be sure they have everything in order!
Key Steps for Transfer Students to Know:
- Once a student submits their deposit, they’ll receive a Transfer Checklist that outlines all the steps that lead to course registration.

Students will be asked to complete Transfer 101, which is an online orientation tool to help equip your student with the following information:
- How to access and interpret their DegreeWorks audit
- How their transfer credits apply to their major and/or core.How to access InfoBear and register for classes.
- How to access InfoBear and register for classes.
- How certain benefits may be applied to those who attended MA community college(s).
- Once a student completes Transfer 101 and signs-up to meet with a transfer advisor, their respective registration pin will be released, allowing them to register for courses.
