e-Bill & Tuition Insurance

e-Bill
As you've learned, the Student Accounts Office manages all student billing and payments via eBill and the online BSU Student Account Suite.

How does e-Bill work?
Before each semester begins, your student will receive an email informing them that their charges are ready for review and payment. Paper statements are not sent.

  • Fall bills are released in July and are due in August
  • Spring bills are released in December and are due in January

How do I add an Authorized User?
It's easy to add authorized users to your student's account. Students typically add their parents or spouses.

Authorized users:

  • will have their own unique login and password
  • will receive email notifications when statements are available
  • can make online payments with a credit card or online personal check
  • have access to:
    • Statements
    • Payment History
    • Payment Plans
    • 1098-T tax statements
    • Saved Payment Methods

Tuition Insurance

Helping families get the most from their Bridgewater State University experiences is always our top priority. That's why we've partnered with GradGuardTM to make the Tuition Insurance Plan available to our families.
The Tuition Protection Insurance Plan helps students and their families overcome the financial losses that may result from events that force students to withdraw from the semester due to a covered medical reason.
