Connect Card Services

The Connect Card is the official Bridgewater State University identification card and a convenient method to access a wide range of services on campus. It can be used in dining halls for your meal plan and as a debit card on and off-campus with participating merchants. The Connect Card is the university library card and is used to control access to residence halls.

How to Obtain a Connect Card

Students, faculty, staff and other campus community members are eligible to obtain Connect Cards. Students must be registered for classes in order to obtain a card. You must provide a photo ID (such as a driver's license) and there is a contract that students, faculty, and staff must sign in order to obtain a Connect Card.

Connect Cards may be obtained by visiting the Parking Services and Connect Card office during business hours of 7:30am-5pm, Monday - Friday, in Hunt Hall, Room 001, or by ordering them online.

To process your student's Connect Card prior to their arrival on campus, we need them to submit a photo of themselves. If your student has already done this, thank you! If they have not, please have your student log on to the student portal and look for the Connect Card Services website. Click on the Connect Card Online link. Once on the Connect Card Online, log on and look for Photo Upload. Follow the steps to upload the photo and submit.

The Connect Card Online is also where your student or you can add funds (Flex Dollars) to your student’s Connect Card. Have your student log on to the Connect Card Online and invite you in as a user. Once this is established, you can add funds to their account with your own log in credentials.
