 Org Updates
Established Student Organization Updates: Re-register your student organization today

Established Student Organization Re-Registration for the 2026-2027 Academic Year is now OPEN

As we approach the end of the Semester, your organization should be thinking about elections and officer transitions for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Organizations should select and elect their incoming executive board officers in early April, to allow for time to transition information and best prepare your incoming executive board for their roles. Be sure to double check your organization constitution prior to holding elections/officer selection to ensure you are properly following your officer election process.

This will also prepare your organization for the annual ESO re-registration process. Re-registration for student organization opened TODAY, April 1, 2026 and will close on October 1, 2026. The incoming president of your organization should complete the organization re-registration. It is important you elect your incoming e-board so they can complete the re-registration process.

Please ensure it is the INCOMING president that submits your organization's re-registration. Outgoing officers should work with incoming officers to submit any outstanding forms the remainder of this semester.

To submit the re-registration, the incoming president should:
1. Log in to EngageBSU
2. Visit the organization's group page
3. Select the manage gear to view the management page
4. Select "+ Group Re-registration" in the blue field at the top of the management screen
5. Complete the re-registration form with the 2026-2027 officer information
6. Upload the most up-to-date version of the organization Constitution**

** PLEASE NOTE - Your constitution must be in compliance with the required University and student organization handbook policies. Please review the Constitution Writing Guide at this link to confirm all required sections are included in your student organization constitution. Your registration may not be approved if your consitution is missing required information
