Mission ABOUT DPhiE: Founded: March 17, 1917 - New York University School of Law Established at Bridgewater: December 8, 2010 Organization Nickname: DPhiE, Deephers Council: Panhellenic Association Mission: To provide a sisterhood experience rich with tradition, innovation and opportunities for growth. Vision: We inspire and empower our sisterhood to engage in a lifetime of leadership and service.Motto: "Esse Quam Videri - To be rather than to seem to be" Founding Principles: Justice, Sisterhood, Love Colors: Royal Purple, Pure Gold Symbols: Unicorn & Pearl Flower: The Lovely Purple Iris National Philanthropies: The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF), The National Association for Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD), and Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation Local Philanthropies: Relay for Life Service Organizations/Projects: Gifts to Give, Girls Inc. GPA Requirement: 2.7 to join and be in good standing Chapter Night/Time: Mondays at 5:00PM Membership Cost (Dues): New Members: $450 (first semester) Active Sisters: $315/Fall Semester $290/Spring Semester (all dues vary year to year, however)
