About Us

The Accounting and Finance Club (ACFI Club) is a student-run academic club open to all Bridgewater State University Students who are interested in accounting and finance. Our club’s goal is to help fellow students gain knowledge about future careers in the field while learning from upperclassmen and former BSU graduates' real world employment experiences. Club members meet on a bi-weekly basis to discuss a variety of topics including creating dynamic resumes, preparing for job fairs, obtaining internships and jobs and optimizing professional networking.

The club regularly hosts career networking events and guest speakers from organizations in the industry in order to help BSU students acquire internships and employment positions.

Former club members pay it forward by sharing their expertise and skills to help current students reach their professional goals. This club facilitates connections between employers of former BSU club members and future prospective candidates in our club.
