Location update!!!!LGCIE's 3rd Annual Juneteenth Celebration

Join us, Tuesday, April 16th in the RSU Ballroom for the Juneteenth Celebration. Juneteenth commemorates an effective end of slavery in the United States. Juneteenth (short for "June Ninteenth") marks the day when federal troops arrived in Galveston, Texas in 1865 to take control of the state and ensure that all enslaved people be freed.
As we celebrate and acknowledge the history of Juneteenth, join us, and enjoy a fish fry, games, music and dancing.
