About Us

Active Minds at Bridgewater State University is a student run group that promotes mental health awareness. Active Minds works to spread information about mental health along with changing the negative stigma surrounding mental illness'. It is a place where people can come and share their stories and realize that they are not alone with their struggles.The club will also hold events throughout the year and raise money for different organizations that help with mental health awareness.
